The demonstration movie shows the features and capabilities of the Maya scene files and customization MEL script.
The movie shows the following features
- Scene hierarchy of the model which based on PDB structure allowing easy manipulation and access.
- Select different components(chains, bonds, element types) of the model. For example select Carbon atoms in Chain A
- View bundled shaders with the scene.
- Interchanged between Ball n Stick and Space Filling representations.
- Scale entire model
- Change radius of elements and bonds.
- Switch rendering modes between software and hardware for Premium models only.
